Here’s what I do
Throughout my career I’ve been obsessed with technology, and working on BizGene and Best Buy gives me the opportunity to share my passion with others. Of course, there’s so much more to my role than enthusing about business tools, home entertainment and white goods, and a passion for charity comes in very useful for ensuring that the World of Difference site is always chock full of stories and features.

Stuff you need to know!

Biggest creative hero:
It’s difficult to choose between Jamie Hewlett and Alan Moore. The former for some of the most brilliantly original illustrations ever (let’s forget the Gorillas) and the latter for one of the most imaginative minds there is in comics, dare I say it, creative writing full stop

Most indispensable tool:
Boringly, it’d probably have to be my laptop, as I use it for pretty much everything and it’s also home to the photos and videos I’ve taken of everyone and anything that are dear to me

One thing that everyone should know how to make:
Tea, it should be strong and sweet. Anything else is insanity

Favourite possession
My photos and video productions

Dream Project:
I’m doing it now, aren’t I?

Something unusual about myself:
My band produced a tune that got to number 7 in the pop charts in Bulgaria in 1995

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A video-maker or comic illustrator. Unfortunately, I seem to lack the time for the former and the ability for the latter

Dogs or cats?
Dogs every time

Made up word
Busters!!! It’s what my son shouts when thing’s aren’t going his way. I think he might have misheard someone else swearing, but I’ve taken it on myself and find it’s more acceptable socially than some of the other swear word I’ve used in the past

Something you want to do before you die
Re-create and film Star Wars using paper mache, plastercine and my son playing every role
